We are currently accepting enrolment for September 2022. If parents could please download, print and then post this form to the school. We will issue an enrolment package to all Parents after Easter.

Alternatively if you contact the school we will be more than happy to post you a copy of the form. 

In the interest of the health and safety of all pupils and staff we ask that parents fill out this form before their child returns to school after any absence.
